In order to help children affected by the war in eastern Ukraine, a volunteer project named "Embroidered Dreams" was initiated.

In the framework of the project they opened a charity exhibition of children's creative works to promote Ukrainian culture and teach kids the art of Ukrainian embroidery and earning through their own labor; to integrate children with special needs into society; improve mental condition of children affected by the war; to form pro-Ukrainian ideology and create modern attitude of children to the culture of Ukrainian embroidery, to revive and spread Ukrainian cultural heritage by popularization of the Ukrainian embroidery. Ready-made embroidered goods will be sold at fairs.

The exhibition features drawings of children from the war-stricken Horlivka, photos of children - displaced persons, creative goods from the destroyed schools of Horlivka, articles made by children with disabilities and displaced children.

After the exhibition they plan to carry out a charity sale, proceeds from which will be used to purchase materials for children's creativity.

Exhibition partners - volunteers from Paris: famous philanthropist Igor Karumov, and volunteer and the president of the French association Center for Development and International Cooperation Vladimir Lazar.
