Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Article 39 of Law of Ukraine "On public procurements" (as to rendering of public procurements by National Police of Ukraine)

The Law allows the National Police of Ukraine to use negotiating procedure of procurement if necessary in view of special economic or social conditions invalidating adherence to terms of auctions by customers, in particular, linked to immediate rectification of the consequences of manmade and natural disasters, to special period.

Respective amendments were introduced to Item 3, Section 2 of Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurements."

Respective draft law was registered under No. 3461.
