At its meeting on December 9, 2015, the Committee recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law No. 3323 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine that regulate relations in receipt of licenses" (as to special water use).
The Committee also recommends that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law No. 3227 "On amendments to Water Code of Ukraine" (as to simplification of licensing of special water use). The document specifies the authorities of the central executive body implementing state policy in the field of development of water economy.
The Committee also supported the draft law No. 3447 "On amendments to some Laws of Ukraine" (as to improvement of the mechanism of stimulation of electric energy production from alternative energy sources (technical)). The draft law offers a number of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine touching the specification of formulations and avoidance of possible ambiguous definition of the laws that regulate the field of electric energy production from alternative energy sources.
