The Committee members at their meeting on December 9, having considered a number of important draft laws, took decisions on five of them.
Following the consideration, the people's deputies recommend the Verkhovna Rada place the draft law "On measures concerning promotion of foreign economic activity" No.3533 into the agenda of the session and adopt it as a basis and as a whole.
The Committee members discussed the draft law "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning promotion of development of the market of used goods" No.3046 and recommend the Parliament adopt it as a basis and as a whole.
The Committee also considered the draft law "On amendments to Subchapter 5 of Chapter XX "Transitional Provisions" of the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning promotion of development of the market of used vehicles" No.3251 and recommends adopt it as a basis.
The people's deputies examined the draft law "On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine concerning creation of prerequisites for a new model of the natural gas market" No.3074 and recommended the Verkhovna Rada adopt it in the second reading and as a whole.
