Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On amendments to Article 11 of Law of Ukraine "On state property management" (as to improvement of alienation of housing by state-run enterprises to their employees)

The draft law No. 3131 offers to supplement Paragraph 2, Section 9 of Article 11 of the effective law with a provision that envisages the alienation (less competitive procedures) of the housing belonging to 100-percent state-run enterprises, institutions, organizations, and economic entities to their employees pursuant to the requirements of the signed collective agreements.
