The law foresees measures to accelerate carrying out of sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological and environmental control of goods (articles) of humanitarian aid.

Particularly, the law supplements Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On humanitarian aid" with Sections 6 and 7 as follows:

"Specially authorized government bodies in charge of humanitarian aid are obliged:

on the day of making a decision on recognition of goods (articles) a humanitarian aid to publish it on its official website, which serves as a basis for its use by bodies carrying out state sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary-sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental and radiological control of goods (articles) of humanitarian aid;

in a one-day term after making a decision on recognition of goods (articles) a humanitarian aid to send the decision in electronic form to income and duty authorities and other government bodies under the order set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

For non-publishing (delayed publishing) of the decision on recognition of goods (articles) a humanitarian aid on the official website, for failed submission (delayed submission) of the decision on recognition of goods (articles) a humanitarian aid to income and duty authorities and other government bodies, officials of specially authorized government bodies in charge of humanitarian aid are responsible according to the law."

The Law amends Section 6 of Article 9 to read as follows:

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1509.
