The draft law proposes to streamline the transfer of rights to use land plot, in particular, to define the procedure of the transfer of the right to use land plot in the case of acquisition of the right to ownership of a house, building or structure located on the land plot.
The draft law proposes to supplement Article 120 of the Land Code with a provision, according to which "if a residential building, construction or structure is located on a land plot, which is in a permanent use, and the recipient can not use the land plot under such a right, then the land plot is transferred to the recipient under another right to ownership."
The draft law also proposes to set the terms for applying by the recipient of a house to the land plot owner with a proposal to transfer to him for use an appropriate land plot (10 days from the date of state registration of the right to ownership of the property), and the terms for termination of the previous and signing of new agreement with the owner of such a land plot (not later than 30 days from the date of state registration of the right to ownership of the immovable property).
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2027a.
