Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Article 50 of Law of Ukraine "On land tenure" (touching simplification of elaboration of land tenure projects for allocation of land plots)

The Law rules that copies of title certificates for real estate facilities located on a land plot are provided only if respective ownership right to the said facility is registered.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1280.
