Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to Labor Code of Ukraine" (touching improvement of transfer of land plots alienated for social needs)

The Law rules that land plots alienated, bought out or forcedly alienated for social needs or on grounds of social necessity are allocated by executive bodies or local self-government bodies, which decide to alienate, buy out or forcedly alienate them for social needs or on grounds of social necessity.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1270.
