Groysman: We have to create mechanisms to raise efficiency of local self-government

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this at the meeting of the board of the Association of Ukrainian Cities at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 4.

"The struggle for efficient self-government is only beginning," he said.

According to Groysman, every community in Ukraine "should have comprehensive set of instruments to provide services to people."
