Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as basis draft Law "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding peculiarities of state registration of bodies of local self-government as legal entities"

Draft law No.3106 foresees amendments to laws "On state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and "On voluntary merger of territorial communities" in order to regulate relations that appear in connection with state registration of a newly formed and formed as a result of a merger, separation or reformation of a body of a local self-government as a legal entity; in order to remove flaws of legal regulation of questions of legacy of merged territorial communities, their village and town councils and executive committees of such councils; in order to bring the procedures of reorganization of bodies of local self-government during voluntary merger of territorial communities in line with the legislation.
