Draft law No. 3207 suggests:

1) Envisaging that a schedule of plenary session meetings of the Verkhovna Rada endorsed by the Conciliatory Council shall be posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada and shall be provided to people's deputies, committees, special commissions, special investigation commissions, factions (groups) no later than 6.00 p.m. of a day preceding a plenary session;

2) envisaging that the agenda for the following day of plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada shall be posted on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada and shall be provided to deputies no later than 8.00 p.m. of a day preceding a session meeting;

3) defining that draft agenda of the session day of the Verkhovna Rada, draft resolution on amendments to an effective agenda of the Verkhovna Rada session, schedule of plenary session meetings of the Verkhovna Rada, the agenda for the following day of plenary session meetings shall be provided to people's deputies of Ukraine in form e-mail to e-mails on the postal service of the Verkhovna Rada on the day when these documents are posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada;

4) introducing a new approach regarding provision of access to people's deputies of Ukraine to draft laws and related documents (findings of the major committee for the first, repeat first, second, repeat second, third reading of draft laws, findings of other committees and other related documents, proposals regarding removal of flaws in the wording, proposals of the President of Ukraine to a law the President returns to the Parliament together with findings of the main committee, comparative table and other related documents).

This approach foresees that the said documents shall be sent to people's deputies of Ukraine to their e-mails on the postal server of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

At the same time people's deputies of Ukraine are entitled to demand that the Staff of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine provide the documents on papers.

5) canceling obligation of a subject of legislative initiative to submit draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada following consideration of a draft law;

6) envisaging that the Staff of the Verkhovna Rada shall provide introduction of an electronic database of acts adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (an element of the system "Legislation") which shall contain electronic texts of respective acts. It shall be guaranteed that access to the database of acts adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is unlimited and free.
