Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision continues preparing draft Labor Code of Ukraine

On 5 November 2015 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved as a basis the draft Labor Code of Ukraine.

The text of the Labor Code (Registration No. 1658 dated 20 May 2015, refined) is available on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at

The Secretariat of the Committee has informed the Information Office that by November 26 inclusive they accept proposals concerning the draft Labor Code of Ukraine to prepare it for the second reading.
