Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Resolution "On giving consent to arrest (taking into custody) of judge of Kyiv regional economic court Pavlo Skutelnyk"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine considered a motion of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine on Verkhovna Rada's giving its consent to apprehension and arrest (taking into custody) of judge of the Kyiv regional economic court Pavlo Skutelnyk, which had been upheld and submitted by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in compliance with Section 3, Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine, and gave its consent to apprehension and arrest (taking into custody) of judge of the Kyiv regional economic court Pavlo Skutelnyk.

Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 3329.
