Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding removal of regulatory barriers for development of public-private partnership and encouragement of investments in Ukraine"

The Law introduces a number of amendments to the Law "On public-private partnership" and the laws "On concessions," "On management of assets owned by the State," "On international private law" and some others.

The adoption of the law was needed to tackle systemic flaws of the current wording of the Law "On public-private partnership," including lack of clear distinction between projects implemented in the frames of public-private partnership and lack of effective tools of state support, etc.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1058.
