Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On status and social protection of citizens/victims of Chornobyl NPP disaster" (as to citizens working in exclusion zone)

The draft law No. 2524a offers to supplement the Law of Ukraine "On status and social protection of citizens/victims of the Chornobyl NPP disaster" with Article 39, which was excluded from it with the Law of Ukraine No. 76-VIII dated December 28, 2014 and entitled "On amendments to and invalidation of some legislative acts of Ukraine." Therefore, the payments to Ukrainian citizens working in the exclusion zone will be resumed under the order and in amounts set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
