Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On state registration of proprietary rights to real estate and their encumbrances"

The document envisions amendments to legislative acts that regulate state registration of proprietary rights to real estate and their encumbrances aimed at simplification of respective procedure, regulation of procedural issues related to transfer of respective authorities to local self-government bodies.

The document was adopted with some remarks introduced during the discussion.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2982.
