Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" and some other legislative acts of Ukraine" (touching decentralization of powers to tender state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and NGOs)

The Law regulates relations in the field of state registration of legal entities, non-government organizations with no legal entity status, individual entrepreneurs, statutes of territorial communities and symbols.

The law will ensure reformation of the system of rendering administrative services in the field of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; bringing of the system in line with such principles of administrative services as openness and transparency, mobility and timeliness, rational minimization of the number of documents and procedures required to obtain administrative services, accessibility and comfort for applicants.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2983.
