The Law introduces the following amendments to Law "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs":
1) in Article 19:
Section 2:
in paragraph one word "xerocopy" shall be removed;
in paragraph four words "location and/or" shall be removed;
in Section 3 word "xerocopy" shall be removed;
Section 4 shall be updated with a sentence in the following wording "All of submitted documents shall be stored in the registration case";
2) in Article 29:
in paragraph 3 of Section one word "xerocopy" shall be removed;
in paragraph 1 Section 3 word "xerocopy" shall be removed;
3) section one of Article 45 shall be in the following wording:
"1. Updates in the information about a physical person - entrepreneur in the Single State Register, namely update of the name of the physical person, place of residence, kind of activities of the physical person - entrepreneur, registration number of the registration card of taxpayer or the number and series of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine (or passport of a foreigner), who refused to accept a registration number of taxpayer because of one's religious views or some other views and who officially notified respective state bodies about this and who has an entry in the contactless electronic media of the passport of Ukrainian citizen, shall take effect from the date of their state registration."
The Law takes effect on the day following the day of its publication.
