At the briefing Viktor Halasiuk announced that five vital economic draft laws would be considered on November 24, 2015.
In particular, the Verkhovna Rada is scheduled to consider the following draft laws on November 24:
- draft Law "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (regarding making it impossible to update the Single State Register on fake documents) (second reading) No.1475;
- draft Law "On amendments to Article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "On economic entities" (regarding lower quorum of general meetings of participants in limited liabilities companies) (second reading) No.2757;
- draft Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (regarding removal of regulatory barriers for development of the public-private partnership in Ukraine and facilitation of investment) (repeat second reading) No.1058;
- draft law "On amendments to some legislative act of Ukraine (regarding removal of regulatory barriers for development of the network of industrial parks in Ukraine) (repeat second reading) No.2844;
- draft Law "On provision of large-scale export expansion of Ukrainian manufacturers through insurance, guarantees and reducing the price of export crediting" No.2142a.
He said the five draft laws have been included in the Plan for legislative provision of reforms and will facilitate changing the pace of the economic development of the country.
Viktor Halasiuk voiced a hope that the intensive rhythm of adoption of economic draft laws by the Parliament would become a tradition, rather than exception to the rule.
