During discussions members of the Committee noted that draft law No.2508a submitted the President of Ukraine is an element of the package of draft laws submitted by the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada aiming at introduction in Ukraine of the institute of private enforcers. Draft laws "On bodies and persons who perform forcible execution of court rulings and rulings of other bodies" (No.2506a) and "On court enforcement action" (2507a) that are from this package of draft laws and are core for introduction of the institute of private enforcers have been adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at first reading in October of this year.
Draft law No.2508a suggests putting private enforcers for taxation of their incomes to the category of self-employed persons who carry out independent professional activities in order to regulate the order of taxation of incomes of this category of taxpayers.
The Committee members supported the draft law as it will provide proper administration of taxation of private enforcers and will provide conditions for their professional activities.
