Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Adopts Law "On Amendments to Chapter X of 'Transitional Provisions' of Land Code of Ukraine Regarding Prolongation of Prohibition of Aleination of Farmland"

The Law introduces amendments to Articles 14 and 15 of Chapter X of "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine, to prolong until January 1, 2017, the moratorium on purchase-sale and other ways of alienation of farmland and on inlclusion of rights to farmland shares to statutory capital of economic entities. The effect of the clauses was supposed to expre on the 1st of January 2016.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 3404.
