The aim of the draft law is providing realization of clause 34 of the National plan of events to pursue execution of the second phase of the Action Plan regarding the liberalization by the European Union of the visa regime for Ukraine endorsed by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.805-r dated August 20, 2014, for perfection of the regulatory basis on questions of effective management of migration and fight against illegal migration.
The draft law suggests immediate consideration by local common courts as administrative courts of administrative cases on forcible deportation or on arrest with purpose of identirfication and for provision of forcible deportation of foreigners and persons without citizenship.
Respective amendments shall be introduced in clause 6 of the first part of article 18, the first and the second parts of article 183-5, clause 5 of the second part of article 256 of the Administrative Procedure Code of Ukraine.
