According to the Secretariat of the Committee, the Committee members took the decision on November 12.
The head of the workgroup is Chairperson of the Committee Liudmyla Denisova and her deputies are First Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Serhii Kaplin, and one representative from each — the Ministry of Social Policy, joint representation agency of all-Ukrainian trade unions associations at the national level and joint representation agency of employers at the national level.
Liudmyla Denisova noted that the draft Labor Code of Ukraine was to receive an expert conclusion of the International Labor Organization.
The staff of the workgroup will be defined additionally. It will include people's deputies, representatives of ministries and agencies, organizations of employers, trade unions, independent experts, and scientists.
