The draft law aims to unify the law of Ukraine on state control in economic activity. It offers to satisfy certain provisions on state control in the Commercial Code of Ukraine, Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On consumers rights protection," "On consolidation of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of population," "On regulation of city planning activity," "On state market supervision and control of nonfoods."
In particular, the draft law corrects provisions that set the terms for receipt of information (by an economic entity) about results of an inspection; grounds and order of full or partial termination of enterprises, facilities and standalone production sites; conditions of compensation of damage caused to legal entities and individuals as a result of illegal sanctions; etc.
