Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On peculiarities of state control in economic activity" as a basis

The draft law No. 3153 offers to impose moratorium on planned state control until June 30, 2016 (except for planned food quality inspections by the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service) and to introduce new mechanism of imposition of restrictions on actions of the control agencies to guarantee state protection if constitutional rights of citizens are violated.
