Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On protection of economic competition" (as to improvement of efficiency of control over economic concentrations) as a basis

The draft law No. 2168a envisions improvement of efficiency of current Ukrainian system of control of economic concentrations to create conditions to lower unjustified administrative pressure on economic entities, facilitate attraction of investors to Ukrainian market.
