In particular, the Law envisions the following.
The Antimonopoly Committee is obliged to post information about adoption of the order on start of consideration of a case upon concerted actions or concentration on its official website within 10 working days from the date of respective order.
The Antimonopoly Committee is obliged to post decision taken as a result of the consideration on its official website within 10 working days from the date of the decision. The decision, except for classified information, is subject to promulgation in full. Classified information should be excluded or sketched, or changed in another way that ensures sufficient protection of such information.
Agencies of the Antimonopoly Committee are obliged to post decisions as a result of consideration of cases upon breaching the legislation on protection of economic competition on the official website of the Antimonopoly Committee within 10 days from the date of respective decision. Such decisions, except for classified information in them, are subject to complete promulgation. Classified information should be excluded or sketched, or changed in another way that ensures sufficient protection of such information and sufficient transparency and clarity of the decision taken by the Antimonopoly Committee.
Agencies of the Antimonopoly Committee are obliged to post decisions as a result of consideration of cases upon unfair competition on the official website of the Antimonopoly Committee within 10 days from the decision date. Classified information should be excluded or sketched, or changed in another way that ensures sufficient protection of such information and sufficient transparency and clarity of the decision taken by the Antimonopoly Committee.
