The draft law No. 2311 offers to amend:
— the Law of Ukraine "On nature reserve fund of Ukraine" in terms of regulation of legal regime of use of territories and natural resources on the nature reserve fund lands, which are part of environmental protection institutions, without their withdrawal from permanent land users; and envisions improvement of use of natural resources; improvement of functioning of the environmental protection; and legal protection of its employees;
— the Land Code of Ukraine in terms of simplification of the mechanism of transfer of lands to environmental protection institutions and avoidance of change of lands' designated purpose, withdrawal or alienation;
— the Tax Code of Ukraine in terms of introduction (restoration) of privileges in payment of land tax by environmental protection institutions for lands of the nature reserve fund they permanently use;
— the Budget Code of Ukraine in terms of authorization of environmental protection institutions (similarly to the right of scientific institutions) to independently choose an institution to service earnings of state-financed institutions;
— the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of city planning activity" in terms of setting an obligation to hold state environmental examination during elaboration of draft general layouts of population centers, schemes of territory planning.
