Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On ratification of Agreement between Government of Ukraine and Government of United Arab Emirates on mutual protection of classified information"

The Agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi (the United Arab Emirates) on November 26, 2012.

It contains required terminology, agrees equivalence of national secrecy level for respective access the Parties, determines Parties' competent bodies responsible for implementation of the Agreement's provisions, principles, order of protection and handling of such information, provision of access to such information during visits of representatives of the two states, procedure and control issues, etc.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0067.
