Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine touching improvement of state management in book publishing industry" as a basis

The draft law No. 3084 offers to define priorities of state policy and national strategy in the field of culture, establish the Ukrainian Book Institute through the enshrinement of its major functions, authorities and financing principles, etc.
