Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On ratification of Protocol between Government of Ukraine and Government of Republic of Tajikistan on withdrawal of some goods from free trade to Free Trade Agreement between Government of Ukraine and Government of Republic of Tajikistan dated July 6, 2001"

Pursuant to the Protocol, commodities delivered from Ukraine and envisioned by Supplement 1 of this Protocol are excluded from free trade and levied with Tajikistan's import duty; and commodities envisioned by Supplement 2 of this Protocol are excluded from free trade and levied with Ukraine's export duty if delivered from Ukraine to the Republic of Tajikistan.

The exclusion of the said commodities from free trade is provided for the period until enactment of the Free Trade Agreement signed in Saint-Petersburg (Russia) on October 18, 2011.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0059.
