The Agreement was signed in Nicosia (Cyprus) on November 8, 2012.
Its provisions are applied on the territory of Ukraine and the Republic of Cyprus including their territorial sea waters.
In compliance with Article 6 of the Agreement, a Party of the Agreement provides vessels of another Party of the Agreement with the same rights of own vessels in its waters. The Parties of the Agreement take all required measures in compliance with their national legislation to shorten the time of stay of vessels in their ports and simplify ports' administrative and other formalities.
The Agreement takes effect with 30 days from the date of receipt of the last written notification about implementation of domestic procedures required for enactment of the Agreement by its Parties.
