Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy, Nature Resources Utilization and Elimination of the Consequences of Chornobyl Catastrophe working on proposals to Draw State Budget of Ukraine for 2016

Chairperson of the Committee Mykola Tomenko informed that the Committee is studying the proposals touching the environmental protection issues, issues of payment for subsoil use, Chernobyl disaster matter, and other issues the Committee is engaged in.

On October 19, 2015, Mykola Tomenko had a meeting with Acting Head of the State Water Agency Iryna Ovcharenko, who informed about budget proposals of the Authority she headed. In turn, Tomenko promised that the Committee would in every possible way facilitate the satisfaction of essential needs in financing of the water economy sector of the country.
