According to the Secretariat of the Committee, over a week of working in the committees, factions and commissions, the Committee members and employees of the Secretariat continued the work as a part of the team for reformation of the financial sector (implementation of the complex program for the development of financial sector of Ukraine until 2020) as to the course of implementation of projects under the said complex program, concept of the project entitled protection of assets of nonbank financial institutions and consolidation of functions of state regulation and supervision over the markets of financial services.
The Committee hosted a meeting dedicated to the consideration of legislative regulation of activity of private and pension accounts and a working meeting with representatives of Kyiv-based Oschadbank (Savings Bank) state-run bank, which is ranking among the largest Ukrainian banks, to discuss proposals as to the financial restructure.
The Committee has also held an international scientific conference entitled "Strategy of development of banks with the participation of state in their capital" and a meeting to discuss the project on insurance of agricultural crops on the basis of the weather index.
The Committee also conducted a working meeting to consider the issue entitled "Local loan bonds: reloading" and a working meeting with representatives of the banking sector.
