According to the Secretariat of the Committee, the participants of the meeting considered the address of the former head of the security service of Ukraine Nalyvaichenko as to possible involvement of people's deputy and first deputy head of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Kononenko in the operaiton of an offshore Intraco Management Ltd registered on the British Virgin Islands.
At the end of the discussions the Committee decided to address Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin, State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine, enforcement bodies of the United States, Latvia, Austria (through the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine) as to examination and provision of founded responses to the Committee. They are:
— on amendments to some laws of Ukraine on introduction of contract-based form of work in the field of culture and a tender for appointment of heads of state or municipal culture establishments (No. 2669-Д);
— on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine (as to protection of housing rights of internally displaced persons in particular orphaned children and children deprived of parental care) (No. 3122);
— on supplements to laws of Ukraine on protection of childhood concerning the right of the children aged 6-14 to free trips in transport (No. 3141);
— on amendments to Law of Ukraine on protection of the rights to types of plants (as to the authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) (No. 3144);
— on amendments to Article 179 of the Economic Code of Ukraine (as to the authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) (No. 3148) (with remarks);
— on amendments to the Law of Ukraine on the refugees and persons requiring additional or temporary protection (as to improvement of the procedure documentation of persons) (No. 3155);
— on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on improvement of provisions of judicial protection of foreigners and stateless persons and settlement of other issues related to counteraction to illegal immigration (No. 3159);
— on amendments to some laws of Ukraine on bankruptcy (on observance of the European standards in the field of resumption of debtor's paying capacity and simplification of doing business in Ukraine) (No. 3163) (with remarks);
— on amendments to Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine on medcines (as to improvement of legislation regulating authorities of State Medicines Quality Control Body) (No. 3179);
— on amendments to Article 693 of the Civil Code of ukraine on enhancement of protection of property rights of purchasers under purchase and sale agreements on conditions of prepayment (No. 3188).
