Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On amendments to Article 87 of Budget Code of Ukraine" (as to financing of political parties)

The Law supplements Section 1 of Article 87 of the Budget Code of Ukraine with Item 202 with the following contents:

"202) state financing of political parties in forms set by the Law."

The Law takes effect starting January 1, 2016.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2138а.
