The draft law No. 2505a offers to determine peculiarities of consumers' access to information about prices/tariffs, measures on energy saving, preparation and implementation of investment programs in the fields of supplies of electric energy, natural gas, heat, centralized hot water supplies and water drainage.
In particular, the document offers to determine the types of information consumers are provided with in the said fields; demands to such information, the order of provision of access to such information by state bodies, local self-government bodies, and economic entities.
The draft law is elaborated to implement the Directive 2006/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2006 on energy end-use efficiency and energy services and repealing Council Directive 93/76/EEC.
