Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On enforcement proceedings" as a basis

The draft law offers to determine conditions and order of enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies (officials) subject to compulsory execution if unexecuted voluntarily.

The draft law also envisions amendments to the Code of Laws on Labor of Ukraine, Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine, Labor Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On collateral," "On notary office," "On banks and banking activity," "On payment systems and remittances in Ukraine" and a number of other legislative acts.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2507а.
