Verkhovna Rada adopts draft law "On bodies, persons engaged in enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies" as a basis

The draft law offers to introduce mixed system of execution of judgments in Ukraine, in particular, through the modernization of state enforcement service bodies, and introduction of institution of enforcers.

The draft law envisions grounds for organization and functioning of enforcement of judgments and decisions of other bodies executed by state enforcers working under state enforcement service and by private enforcers.

The draft law also envisions invalidation of the Law of Ukraine "On state enforcement service" and amendments to Penal and Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On insurance," "On combating corruption," and "On judicial system and status of judges."

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2506а.
