— to allow transfer of heirless property to municipal ownership, ownership of territorial community at site of location of such property;
— to set order of informational coordination between the State Civil Register, Register of Deceased Estates, State Real Estate Titles Register, State Land Cadastre in the issue of revelation of real estate requiring declaration as heirless property;
— to set a rule under which a lease agreement is prolonged until registration of ownership right of a heir of such a land plot or until enactment of the court ruling declaring such property heirless in case its leaser passes away before the expiration of the lease agreement;
— to set an obligation to promulgate (through the Internet) the information about judicial proceedings opened on requests to declare the property heirless;
— to allow a creditor of the late (in addition to a local self-government body) to submit an application demanding declaration of the property heirless for consideration of the court; to allow the owner, user of a neighboring land plot (in case the plot is in the category of farmlands) to submit an application demanding declaration of the property heirless for consideration of the court;
— exempt local self-government bodies from the payment of court fees for submission of requests to declare the property heirless.
