Members of workgroup of Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision discuss proposals to draft law on consolidation of activity of social insurance funds during reorganization

The members of the workgroup for adaptation of the draft law No. 2775 "On introduction of amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On compulsory state social insurance" (as to consolidation of activity of social insurance funds during the period reorganization) discussed the proposals to hold repeat second reading of the draft law, in particular, the provisions on termination of two funds and establishment of commissions for their reorganization.

According to the Secretariat of the Committee, the work on the final wording of the draft law for its further submission for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada is underway.

As earlier reported, on September 3, the draft law was again sent to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration in second reading, after which the field-specific Committee established the workgroup to work on the remarks to the draft law.
