The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legislative Support to Enforcement has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the draft law No. 2542a "On introduction of amendments into Criminal and Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to implementation of recommendations of EU touching realization of Visa Liberalisation Action Plan by EU for Ukraine regarding specification of competence of pretrial investigation bodies) as a basis.
