Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship initiating introduction of new temporary moratorium on holding inspections by control bodies

According to the Secretariat of the Committee, people's deputies-members of the Committee registered the draft law No. 3153 "On peculiarities of state control in the field of economic activity." The draft law offers to set temporary moratorium on holding inspections by control bodies. It was elaborated by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine, State Regulatory Service of Ukraine and the Reforms Reanimation Package non-government organization along with deputies. The moratorium envisions the limitation of inspections held by 40 of 51 state control bodies during the period of nine months.
