JOINT STATEMENT by Co-Heads of Parliamentary Assembly of Ukraine-EU association Andrii Plenkovich and Ostap Semerak on occasion of 1st anniversary of joint ratification of Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU

According to the Secretariat of the Ukraine-EU Association Parliamentary Assembly, on September 16, 2015, Co-Heads of the Ukraine-EU Association Parliamentary Assembly Andrii Plenkovich and Ostap Semerak made a joint statement.

"We express our satisfaction with the progress in the process of ratification, when most of the EU member countries have already completed the ratification in compliance with their internal procedures. However, we call on the rest of the states to do their best to complete this process as soon as possible.

Since the said historical day, the European Parliament has several times showed its support of Ukraine on the way to democratic reforms and fight for the sake of retention of its sovereignty and territorial integrity."
