Verkhovna Rada Committee on Free Speech and Information Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft resolution "On consolidation of unhampered activity of mass media organizations during forthcoming pre-election period" as a basis and on the whole

The author of the draft law No. 2497a suggests urging the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and independently recommend that the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council introduce moratorium on inspections of mass media organizations by control bodies to protect constitutional guarantees of free speech in Ukraine.
