Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine" (as to agricultural facilities) as a basis

According to the Secretariat of the Committee, the draft law No. 2519a envisions the revising the list of state-owned agricultural facilities not subject to privatization, having excluded a total of 374 of the facilities from the list. 116 of them were closed down, 78 were reorganized, and 180 are not in line with the criteria enshrined in the Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On state property privatization."
