The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Financial Policy and Banking has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the draft law No. 3057 "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On securities and stock market" (as to state derivatives and restructure of the state and state-secured debt and its partial writing-off) as a basis and on the whole. Committee members noted that the adoption of the draft law would facilitate achievement of implementation of primary requirements and implementation of obligations taken by Ukraine in compliance with the International Monetary Fund's program.
