Verkhovna Rada Committee on Free Speech and Information Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to advertisements of forex dealers) as a basis

During the discussion of the draft law, its participants pointed out the absence of legislative regulation of advertising of forex dealers activity, which is used by unprincipled companies disguised as traders in the international foreign currency market to create financial pyramids or simply get money out of deceivable clients.
