Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt draft law "On introduction of amendments into military service" (as to specification of terms of military service under contract) as a basis and on the whole

The draft law No. 2356a aims to set specific terms of military service under contract during special period, in case of an emergency situation that threatens national security, announcement of mobilization and/or introduction of legal regime of martial law.
